Frequently Asked Questions
Why are we cheaper than retail shops? Answer is that we import all of our camera & camcorders and mobile phones from overseas and greatly reduced price.
Is it secure to pay online through this site?
The payment processors we use are secure and highly recognised as reputable online payment systems. We do not even see your credit card details when you make an online payment.
What happens if a product arrives and I have any problems with it?
You need to contact digital electronics straight away so we can arrange warranty claim with our supplier.
What happens if I have a warranty issue with a product ?
The majority of the products listed on Digital Electronics have a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated . In the unlikely event that you have a problem you need to contact us via email or telephone first to arrange a Return Application. The product must be sent back to us for inspection if found faulty we arrange replacement or repair to that item.
Please be aware if the product is found not to be faulty under the warranty conditions a service fee of $50 will apply.
How are products shipped ?
We use FedEx, UPS, DHL, Australia Post or Australian Air Express.
Are products insured against damage or loss?
Your products are covered by our own marine transit insurance for all items in and out of Australia.
Who pays for customs duty?
In cases where a Customs Duty is applicable the client is responsible for payment.
